Text messages

What this program is

Breeze sends text messages on behalf of the person using the app. A Breeze user adds a small number of contacts, and those contacts receive a message when the user asks Breeze to send one.

Messages are notifications only. There is no marketing, no promotional content, and no advertising of any kind in this program.

Who receives messages

You receive messages from Breeze because someone using the app added your mobile number as a person they can reach. When they add you, they confirm that they have your permission to do so.

The first message you receive is an invitation. It identifies who is sending it and contains a link. You are not enrolled in anything until you follow it.

What the messages contain

Every message carries a short line and a link, and nothing else. Messages never contain the contents of a note, a photo, a reason, or map coordinates.

How often

Message frequency varies and is entirely determined by the person using the app. Most people receive very few messages. Breeze does not send scheduled, recurring or automated marketing messages of any kind.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Breeze does not charge you for receiving messages; your mobile carrier's normal rates apply.

How to stop messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. You will receive one confirmation, and nothing after that.

Reply HELP for help, or write to support@breezecircles.com.

Opting out is permanent until you ask to receive messages again. The person who added you is not told that you opted out, but they may notice that messages to you are no longer being delivered.

You can also remove yourself directly from the web page you were given, at any time, without telling anyone.

Your mobile information

No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

Your number is used to deliver these messages and for nothing else. See the privacy policy for the full detail.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery cannot be guaranteed for any individual message.

Breeze is not an emergency service

Breeze does not contact emergency services. If you receive an alert and are concerned for someone's safety, contact them directly or call your local emergency number.
